Cha cha cha cha changes

He has now made his destination in Florida and I'm trying to think of reasons to tell him that he needs to come back home...

I watched the first season of the Biggest Loser and I can't help but think this is going to be an awesome season.

And I started working on some Halloween crafts and getting out all my decorations today and I'm loving it!  

Using some cans of spray paint to alter some cans, and digging out all things Halloween in my scrap room.  I can't help it, I got  fall fever...
