    It's so sad to look out the kitchen window and see it all covered up, and while it wasn't a great summer for swimming, it still makes it officially over!

    For football....
    Last night was Mount Union's homecoming game and both the grandma's and Ben's family were able to attend with us.  After pre-game we went over to hang out with Chelsea and the girls.  All the girls signed Zach's cast, which I know he enjoyed!  I met Chelsea's coach (who is so glad she transfered to Mount Union) and of course I took some pictures.

    This kid has gone from never getting hurt to two trips to the emergency room within a few weeks of each other!
    I got the call yesterday morning just before leaving for work that Zach had hurt his thumb and I might want to come get him.  I wondered just how bad can a thumb be?  Until I got there and Oh my... the thumb is bad... it is facing the wrong direction!

    So back off to the emergency room...

    Years ago before scrapbooking my passion was painting ceramics.  I remember painting a lot when Ryan and Chelsea were little and I still have a lot of the pieces that I did.  Most of the time when the pieces were still greenware I would carve the year and my initials into the bottom.  Here is a Dracula  I painted in 1991
