Had a long busy weekend and it's only Saturday...
Friday Chelsea came home and we went for a walk with the dog first thing in the morning, went to breakfast at Yours Truly and then did some shopping looking for shoes to match her dress for the wedding she's going to next weekend.

Chelsea had a wonderful time in California thanks to my cousin Stephen and his family. He took her to work out with his clients, to see the sights of LA and to many wonderful dinners, to name just a few of the things she did.
Who knew her return trip, being a red eye flight, would leave us all with red eyes!  She arrived at  LAX at 9:15, but that was 12:15 for us and then her flight didn't leave...

I have a quiet Saturday with Chelsea in California, Joel at work and Zach over a friends house.  I hope to get into some scrapping projects and work with my kit, along with the usual house cleaning that always needs to be done.

We have a busy weekend planned and I'm looking forward to it.  Starting today my sister and I are going to Trish's for a crop, I've got my bags packed and I'm ready to go.  Zach and his cousin are going to an air soft game with friends, Chel will be coming home and the weekend begins!
We still have to fit in coloring eggs, stuffing eggs for the egg hunt, the Indians game, putting together baskets,...

I couldn't believe we had snow again.  I guess everyone says we have at least one snow day in April, but I thought for sure we were out of winter until this...

It sure looks pretty, but I'm so ready for some green grass, warm weather and flowers in the yard!  At least today it warmed up enough to melt all the snow!
Tomorrow is a big day for Zach.  He's going in to get his braces on.  So...

I sorted some pictures and came across two pictures of my girlfriend Lisa and I.  One was from February 1981 and one from February 2009.  I knew I had to make it a layout.

Once I completed the layout I then pulled out a 6 X 6 acrylic album and began putting together a spring mini book, although this is still a work in progress...
Friday I have a crop with my sister at Trish's so I hope...
