took Shaggy to the vet today - he has yet another ear infection.  I was told this is common in these types of dogs (Springer Spaniel). 
So now to help prevent these ear infections we need to clean his ears twice a week and medicate them until that is gone.  They were thinking of putting him on a special diet.  But we are going to try this first.

Getting in some scrapping time this evening!  Always fun!  I have a couple more that have to stew overnight and then I'll get a new view of them in the morning to see if I need to make any changes?

Over this Labor Day weekend and I cannot tell you how much this book moved me, changed me and brought out so many emotions.  Amazing, simply an amazing book.  I would recommend it to anyone whether they read or not, because once you begin you will be hooked.  This book has been a part of me since I began reading and understanding just why this book has been so widely received.

We had a blast at what is adding up to be our favorite site we've visited so far this year in the world of camp sites! We went to Mohican Wilderness for our Labor Day weekend and had a blast! Besides for awesome weather, and beautiful scenery we had some awesome friends to spend the weekend with.

Have you ever driven down the road and a song comes on the radio and it takes you to another place, another time. Sometimes even a long ago memory sneaks up on you.
Well that's what happened to me the other day. While flipping stations on the radio I heard a songs by The Kinks and by Moody Blues, it took me back to when I was a child and we would visit my Grandmother. No my grandmother did not listen...

I couldn't wipe the smile off my face when Trish invited me to join this awesome group of ladies for the WORK IN PROGRESS design team!  I cannot wait to get to know everyone and see what can be created with this group! 
Now that we are getting back on schedule - with the kids back in school and fall just around the corner I can't think of a better time to get working on some scrapbooking projects!

Today was Chelsea's 1st day of her last year! She was so nervous and excited - it was fun to watch. We did our usual pictures on the front porch (which I will upload later). She's supposed to call me on her lunch break so we'll see how the first part of the day has gone?
This first quarter she starts with late arrival. So she woke up at 5:30 am and went to work out before getting ready for school,...

I always use the black heavy duty nail files to file any chipboard projects or to sand around photos added to wood photo blocks.  So easy to hold and get into tiny areas of your project.

 
Also Catseye inks are the best for inking edges of projects!
