Here we are hard to believe already half-way through the month of July and I wonder where did the month go - so I will try and recap the things I worked on or completed.
July 15th - today - Ben's Graduation Party
July 14th - work at Treasured Friends all day, finish favors and goodies for Ben's graduation party. Chel with the Helsel's and Zach going to movies with grandma.

The kids had such a blast at Zach and Cameron's birthday this year. We did a pool party at our house and I don't know who did more laughing - me or the kids? The weather was perfect for a pool party and the kids were a really great group of boys!
What we thought was silly string was actually some kind of foam - and what a mess it was to clean off all these poor boys, but they didn't seem to mind.

Thanks to my checking out Donna Downey's blog I read about these cute little albums at the dollar spot at Michaels. Once I got to Michael's there were only 4 left - I'm hoping to search other store's in the area to find more - they'd make great gifts coming up this Christmas!

Went to the book signing on Friday night at Scraptacular and then took the Ali Edwards class at Scraptacular on Sunday morning and made this awesome album - one of the first projects where I actually took a class and used all the pictures I had with me and "almost" completed the class. HAPPY BIRTHAY ZACH!!!
Today is Zach's 12th birthday so we will have the usual celebration dinner at the restaurant of his choice. I think he's leaning towards Longhorn, but we'll see what it is by tonight.
He is so excited about his birthday this year, well mostly the "gift" but he has to wait until tonight to get it. He already knows the gift and has wanted it since just after Christmas so...

Well school is officially out now for two days, but for some reason I'm not feeling it. It seems I'm just as busy, if not busier with them being out of school, than when they were in? Hopefully things will slow down and I too will be able to enjoy some of the relaxing parts of summer.
Chel is doing color guard again and working at Dunking Donuts, so until she gets her license I'll be doing a lot of...

So the last few weeks have been crazy getting those last minute projects done for school. I offered to make the bags for the kids camera's to go in, so that was 58 for one school and 57 for the other. Then as we discussed how the kids were going to carry everything we decided they needed bags Just to add to the bags I decided to make candy bars for each of the kids. How awesome was it to see Taylor Hicks win American Idol! While I swore I was finished with the show after
was off, I was glad to see Taylor win it all in the end.
