For my daughter's 21st birthday I put a blurb book together for her. It includes some of my favorite quotes and favorite pictures, and I'm thrilled with how it turned out!

While over Trish's for a crop we were discussing ideas for mini books.  She had a written list of ideas and this one just stuck with me, I thought how perfect for turning 21!

Challenge, it is applied to so many things in my life, but this week the word challenge goes to my son Zach.  He decided to attempt his first challenge of running and I'm so happy and so proud! He ran the Arnold 5k with Chelsea, Ben and I and did awesome!

I cannot believe it!  She is 21 today!  Just where has the time gone?

We got to spend 4 days together during the Disney Princess Marathon and it was a blast.  I am sharing with my daughter a relationship I never knew possible! We laugh at each other's quirks, jokes and can finish each others sentences. She pushes me to be better, try harder and has changed my life!

Part of the reason for our trip to Disney was to celebrate Chelsea's 21st birthday!  Last year her birthday fell on the weekend of the Princess marathon so she already knew that was what she wanted to do this year, Disney just decided to move the race a week earlier.

The first video from Disney is posted and Chelsea and I are in it.  We are coming through the castle at about 27 or 28 seconds! They also took some other pictures of Chelsea for Disney marketing, so we will see what comes of that!

This week my word Challenge was used over and over again.  I knew it was coming too, I knew the second I booked the flight to Florida that there was going to be a challenge ahead.  I just didn't know how challenging it was going to be.
You see I'm not a HUGE fan of flying, in fact my last flight was in 2006 so its been a while... But being a "runner" now and learning about the Disney Princess...

Last weekend Joel, Zach and I went to breakfast and then over to the ice festival.  It was nice to walk around the square checking out all the sculptures. And since it was still early it was pretty quiet too!
